Alongside childhood friends Chelsea Rojas and Sade Parham, Glynn hosts Black Girls Texting; a 1-hour dialogue unpacking conversations held in their group chat—a space they consider the most modern medium for unfiltered exchanges between girlfriends in real time. The straight forward simplicity of the title is a play on the idea that, yes, Black women can make magic but, as human beings, we also do the everyday—Black Girls Work, Black Girls Cook, Black Girls Laugh, Black Girls Travel, Black Girls Live, Black Girls Text.

BGT has over 500k downloads, with listeners from across the country and abroad—Colombia, Kenya and the UK, to name a few. Past podcast episodes have tackled gentrification, pop culture, sex positivity, colorism and fatherhood in the Black community. Past guests have included Serena Williams, Lena Waithe, Allyson Felix and Amanda Seales.

Glynn, Sade and Chelsea extend their digital conversations into IRL via an ongoing event series at Soho House featuring Black women making waves in their respective industries.
