Alongside childhood friends Chelsea Rojas and Sade Parham, Glynn hosts Black Girls Texting; a 1-hour dialogue unpacking conversations held in their group chat—a space they consider the most modern medium for unfiltered exchanges between girlfriends in real time. The straight forward simplicity of the title is a play on the idea that, yes, Black women can make magic but, as human beings, we also do the everyday—Black Girls Work, Black Girls Cook, Black Girls Laugh, Black Girls Travel, Black Girls Live, Black Girls Text.

BGT has over 30k downloads, with listeners from across the country and abroad—Colombia, Kenya and the UK, to name a few. Past podcast episodes have tackled gentrification, pop culture, sex positivity, colorism and fatherhood in the Black community.

Most recently, Chelsea, Glynn and Sade extended their digital conversations into IRL, via live shows at Cafe Erzulie, and a series at the Dumbo House featuring Black women making waves in their respective industries. Past guests have included Dr. Jessica Clemons a.k.a Ask Dr. Jess, international DJ and wellness guru, Hannah Bronfman, fashion editor of Cosmopolitan and Seventeen magazines Tiffany Reid, stylist Nicole Chapoteau and Lisa Price, founder of Carol’s Daughter.
